A lot of things in life are out of our control. What's not out of our control is what we choose to eat and drink, our nutrition. What you put in your body says a lot about the love you have for yourself. Eat foods that nourish your body and support natural healing. Limit or even better, eliminate foods that cause inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation truly is the silent killer. If you want to feel good, look good and live a long and healthy life, you have to lose the excuses and practice self-accountability. No one is going to follow you around all day and knock unhealthy food out of your hand. We all make excuses about why we can't or don't eat healthy but at the end of the day, it is your choice and you are in control of what you put in your body. If you are tired of feeling awful, struggling with weight issues, lack of energy, poor skin health and getting sick all the time, take a step back and look at your diet. Think about every time you eat or drink throughout the day. Are you fueling your body with healthy, nutrient rich foods to help prevent disease and illness or are you eating excessive amounts of unhealthy, processed foods which overtime can lead to many health related issues and significantly decrease the quality of your life?
